✅ 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for sending the item back

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

If you're unsure, please contact us before returning.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning your original item

  2. Placing a new order once the return is accepted

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

The item must still be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the refund approval

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at vibestorecs@allcaribbeanwrestling.com
